If you later upgrade to an Annual Membership, the $19 you paid for the pack is automatically credited toward that upgrade, so you are not paying twice. The credit is applied to your next invoice through Stripe.

How refunds reach your card

Refunds are issued to the original card through Stripe. The funds typically land in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What if I am having trouble using it?

Email us first. Most refund requests are really “I am stuck, help me.” We will get you unstuck. If we cannot, the refund is yours.

If you received an Honorary Member grant or any other 100%-off access where no charge was made, there is nothing to refund. Cancel any time and access ends at the next renewal date.
