How does the refund window work?

How do I cancel my subscription?
One click. Sign in, go to
Account → Billing, and click
Cancel subscription. We ask one optional question: why you're leaving. That's it. No retention call, no “are you sure?” pop-ups, no hidden steps. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access through the date you've paid for. You can also cancel from inside your Stripe receipt email.
When am I charged? Will I get a reminder before renewal?
Annual: $189 charged today, then $189 on the same day each year until you cancel. Monthly: $19 charged today, then $19 on the same day each month until you cancel. Lifetime Founder: $397 charged once, never again. Persona packs: $19 charged once, never again. We email you 7 days before each annual renewal so you have time to cancel. Monthly subscribers get a Stripe receipt after each charge instead of a separate reminder.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, so you lose nothing the day you click cancel. After that, your account flips back to free-tier access, with the five free workflows open forever and your saved bookmarks intact. Come back later and you can re-subscribe in 30 seconds, right where you left off. We never delete your account or your saved settings unless you ask us to.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Yes. From Account → Billing, click Manage subscription. Stripe handles the switch and pro-rates your remaining balance. Going from Monthly to Annual saves about $39 a year.
Can I upgrade from Annual to Lifetime Founder?

What is an Honorary Member?
Comp grants are now called Honorary Member. Friends, family, press, early supporters who got the full library for free. Workflow access matches Annual. The Lifetime Founder bonuses (Apple Shortcuts library, the session with Ryan) stay reserved for paid Founders, the people who funded the build. With an Honorary Member grant, there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel until renewal.
